Brand new 2024 S650 Mustang GT Performance Pack on Project 6GR wheels

The seventh generation 2024 Ford Mustang brings new looks, trim levels, performance, and technology to the celebrated nameplate

The fourth-generation Coyote V-8 gets some updates of its own for S650 duty, including a new dual-intake system, an updated exhaust header, and forged connecting rods. Ford has also fit the V-8 with a new dual-injection setup, as well as a new calibration for 2024. Output is rated at 486 hp and 418 lb-ft of torque, making this the most potent GT model yet.

Ford once more has not overlooked the braking performance of the new S650 chassis. They have beefed up both the front and rear components. The front rotors measure 390mm (15.35″) and 355mm (13.97″) Rear with a 6 piston larger Brembo caliper front and 4 piston larger Brembos on the rear. The increase in size to both components leaves us with less room to work with in terms of wheel design and diameter constraints.

We are happy to report that we have had the pleasure of spending time test fitting the all new S650 thanks to our good friend and 6GR family member Eric from Nytop.store. Beautifully equipped Mustang GT 5.0 with Performance Package, dual quad tip exhaust, largest Brembo package, and finished in shadow black with two tone red interior. Besides the Recaro seats, it’s fully optioned.

Through our test fitments with both 19″ and 20″ diameters and widths ranging from 10.0″ on the front and as wide as 12.0″ on the rear. We are excited to report that we will maintain our current deep concave design with the S650 chassis. Despite the much larger Brembo calipers and larger rotors, we are able to clear them both on an overall diameter standpoint and x-factor (wheel offset and wheel spoke design). Here is a list of the current fitments we will be offering for the S650 chassis.
