Hello everyone! Today we wanted to share both of these beautiful Ford Shelby GT350Rs that we had a chance to photograph. They are both rocking the Project 6GR Forged Ten-R Wheels. The custom finishes on these wheels looking amazing! For the White/Black Shelby the finish is Brushed Candy Apple Red center, Polished Lip/ Polished Hardware, Brushed Aluminum Barrel. For the White/Blue Shelby the finish is Satin Gold center, Satin Polished Lip/Black hardware, Gloss White Barrel. The wheel specs on both cars are 20×11 all around with 315/30/20 rears, 305/30/20 front for White/Black and 295/30/20 for White/Blue. Both wheel sets were wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires.
Both vehicles are not stock, they are both upgraded with some tasteful modifications. For the White/Black Shelby the car is lowered on Ford Performance lowering springs and is equipped with 4 Point roll cage for the track. Carbon fiber hood vents were added to the hood to keep iat’s down. In the near future this vehicle is getting some big power upgrades.
For the White/Blue they were able to shave nearly 200LBS off of the vehicle with just carbon fiber parts. The front brakes were swapped over to Carbon Ceramic Rotors resulting in big rotational weight savings. The vehicle has a one piece carbon fiber driveshaft and all exterior trim was replaced with dry carbon fiber parts. The carbon doesn’t stop there, the Hood, Trunk and Doors are carbon. The carbon was painted giving it a uniform look but for the hood and trunk the stripes portion was left unpainted to show the blue tint exposed carbon. The vehicle is lowered on Eibach lowering springs giving it that beautiful stance. All of these carbon fiber parts resulted in big weight saving making the car out perform similar power GT350Rs.
