2022 Shelby Cruise / Car show:
Once again we had the opportunity to be part of this years Shelby Cruise in at the Petersen Museum! Presented by Socal Shelbys! Also honoring the legend’s 100th birthday. Always a pleasure spending time with our current and future 6GR family members.
The show featured a wide variety of Mustangs, Shelby GT350s ,GT500s and classics, each one unique in its own way. Some cars were restored to factory original condition, while others being full blown builds with aftermarket parts.
This Annual Shelby Cruise in was a great success thanks to many enthusiasts that came out to show their support. It’s always a great opportunity to see the different modifications and styles that owners have chosen for their Mustangs and to connect with other enthusiasts.

We did have a few special guest showcasing our Project 6GR wheels. First with@stevegt500_ with his stunning Shelby GT500 sporting the Spun Forged Project 6GR 7-SEVEN wheels in the custom Two-Tone Gloss Black w/ orange windows. This color combo completes the look of the GT500. Secondly we did have our family member @GG_350R showing off our Spun Forged Project 6GR 10-TEN wheels in the 20″ fitment with a custom Brushed Aluminum finish.. Lastly our member @tracysgt500 sporting our Project 6GR 10-TEN wheels in the custom Gloss Black, Red windows with diamond windows.
One of the amazing features of many of the cars at the show were the Project 6GR wheels. These wheels are designed to give the Shelby GT350 and GT500 an aggressive, unique look while also improving the performance. In addition to the performance many 6GR enthusiasts customize their wheels to their own personal touch with our custom finishes options. The custom finish on the wheels perfectly complement the unique style on every Mustang and Shelby making them stand out from the crowd. The wheels are also wider than the factory wheels, which gives the Mustang a more aggressive stance and improved handling. The combination of the matte black and polished finish gave the car a unique and modern look, making it one of the most talked about cars at the show.
