Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Project 6GR Inc. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Los Angeles County, California.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue available legal remedies.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

No waiver by Project 6GR of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Project 6GR to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

Our Site is operated in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. By using the Site, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Project 6GR concerning your use of the Site.
